Bingham Farms, MI – November 1, 2023 – Polk & Associates (POLK) announces a strategic merger with Apartment Data Corporation that bolsters core and expands practices such as Valuation Services, Audit and Assurance, Business Acquisition, CAS, Estate and Succession Planning and Tax Planning & Compliance services. Founded in 1979, POLK specializes in providing highly personal services to clients in the manufacturing, real estate, healthcare and supporting industries. The newly expanded team complements the already established POLK core of talented industry experts. Through the merger, POLK collectively strengthens their business support practices for these industries. This expands our client services department beyond the multifamily, commercial and self-storage industries into co-operatives and associations.
